I’m a writer (and occasional filmmaker) from Merseyside now based in London. I completed my PhD in Music at Goldsmiths in 2018. I also hold a Masters degree in Music (MMUS) and a BA (hons) in Music from the University of Liverpool as well. I am the author of the nonfiction volume, Folk Horror: Hours Dreadful and Things Strange (Auteur, 2017), and the novels Mothlight (Influx Press, 2019), How Pale The Winter Has Made Us (Influx Press, 2020), and Nettles (Influx Press, 2022).

This is site is bringing together all my writing work originally published on a number of different sites, though all new writing is generally for other publications these days and is updated in the Portfolio tab.
